ABOUT THE PROVIDER
Goal: Trust + credibility
Shannel Williams, PMHNP-BC
Hi, I’m Shannel Williams, a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with over 10 years of experience in the healthcare field. I’m dedicated to providing compassionate, individualized mental health care, and I take the time to listen, understand, and work with each patient to create a treatment plan that fits their unique needs.
My approach combines therapy, medication management, and ongoing support to help you feel empowered and supported on your mental health journey. I’m committed to creating a safe and welcoming environment where you can feel heard, understood, and cared for every step of the way.
Accepting Insurance & Self-Pay Clients
I work with both insurance and self-pay (cash-pay) clients to make care as accessible as possible.
Insurance through Headway Insurance billing is handled through Headway, a secure platform that partners with mental health providers. Headway manages eligibility, claims, and payments, allowing sessions to be billed directly to your insurance plan when applicable.
Accepted plans may vary by state and availability. Coverage, copays, and deductibles are determined by your individual insurance plan.
Self-Pay (Cash Pay) Option If you prefer not to use insurance, self-pay options are available. This can be a good fit if you value privacy, have a high deductible, or want more flexibility in care.
Payment is due at the time of service.
Not Sure Which Option Is Right for You?
You’re welcome to reach out or schedule a consultation to discuss payment options and determine what works best for your situation.
